Money flow across Utah's energy, petroleum, and party-committee network — 2,799 rows, $10.07M in normalized transactions, pulled from four donor datasets already on file. Search it, trace it, and stress-test the leads below before any of it goes to print.
An interactive flow of donor → hub → endpoint for the three committees with the deepest paper trail. Click a node to isolate everything that passes through it; click the background to reset.
Ranked independently — a name appearing on both sides means it both received and redistributed large sums.
Everyone who received energy-or-petroleum-sourced money across the combined dataset, ranked by total. Gov. Cox leads by a wide margin.
Filter and search the raw candidate list. Nothing here is a finding until the dates line up.

Primary source: Utah Lieutenant Governor's Office campaign finance disclosure database, disclosures.utah.gov. All figures are itemized contributions and expenditures pulled directly from that system — via its Advanced Search "Download Data by Year" tool and via DEX CSV exports per committee — across multiple research sessions.
Coverage: spans 2020–2026 depending on the entity; coverage year-by-year varies by filer and is noted per entity in the underlying research files. Several years are confirmed partial (multi-page disclosures.utah.gov results where not every page was captured) — every total on this page is a floor, not a certified complete-year figure, until reconciled against the full filing.
Known data-cleaning step: "Energy Solutions" and "EnergySolutions" — two spellings for the same company appearing inconsistently across filings — have been merged into a single entity here. Other name-variant clusters (e.g., Larry H Miller Company / Larry H. Miller Company) have not yet been merged and should be treated as the same entity when reading the charts.
Excluded from totals: transactions coded [DELETED] in the source filings — amount zeroed to $0.00 with no date preserved by the filer — are excluded here. Their existence (in some committees' filings, dozens per year, every year) is itself documented separately and is not reflected in any dollar figure on this page.
The 54 candidate chains are not verified transactions. They pair each hub's top donors with that same hub's top recipients — proximity in a ranked list, not a traced dollar. Verifying any one of them means pulling the exact transaction date for both legs (donor → hub, and hub → endpoint) from the same disclosures.utah.gov itemized search already used to build every figure on this page, and confirming the hub's payment to the endpoint plausibly post-dates the donor's contribution to the hub. No new tool or resource is required — it's the same Advanced Search / Download Data by Year interface already in use throughout this investigation.
